PG&E declares regular quarterly dividend of 42 cents, payable Jan. 15

PG&E sets quarterly dividend of 42 cents

SAN FRANCISCO — Electric utility PG&E Corp. said Thursday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share.

The San Francisco company said the dividend is payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 31.
