TORRANCE, Calif. — Farmer Bros. Co. said its board of directors has approved payment of an 11.5-cent dividend on Feb. 8 to stockholders of record on Jan. 22.

Farmer Bros. Co. operates a direct store delivery business for coffee and related products such as cappuccino, cocoa mixes and spices.
