Isle of Capri names new board member
ST LOUIS — Casino owner Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. said Friday it elected Gregory Kozicz to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Kozicz, 45, is chief executive officer of Alberici Corp., a St. Louis construction and engineering company.
Isle of Capri owns 14 casinos in six states. Its shares fell 31 cents, or 3.7 percent, to close at $8.05.
