CVS Caremark, Motorola, Hasbro are big movers

NEW YORK — The following stocks were among those that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market:

NYSE:

CVS Caremark Corp., up $1.65 at $32.72

The drugstore operator’s profit climbed in the fourth quarter as results improved for its pharmacy benefits management business.

Motorola Inc., up 17 cents at $6.57

Motorola’s venture arm, Motorola Ventures, will act as lead investor for funding of TuneWiki Ltd., a social-networking music service.

SAP AG, down $2.67 at $43.29

The German software maker’s CEO unexpectedly resigned and was replaced with a pair of co-chief executives.

Hasbro Inc., up $3.91 at $34.71

Strong sales of boys’ brands including Transformers and Nerf boosted fourth-quarter profit above analysts’ expectations.

Winnebago Industries Inc., up 67 cents at $12

An analyst upgraded the recreation vehicle maker’s stock to “Neutral,” citing a recent share price decline.

MBIA Inc., up 10 cents at $4.91

MBIA said that its asset management unit, known as Cutwater Asset Management, will function as a separate operating company.

Home Depot Inc., up 61 cents at $28.59

A Morgan Stanley analyst he raised his rating on the home improvement retailer to “”Overweight” from “Equal Weight.”

NASDAQ:

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., down 32 cents at $19.17

An analyst downgraded the stock citing its value and a lack of detail on the biotechnology company’s midstage drug programs.
