Wyndham Worldwide declares dividend of 12 cents

PARSIPPANY, N.J. — The board of Wyndham Worldwide Corp. on Wednesday declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents.

The hotel and resort operator said the dividend is payable March 15 to shareholders of record as of March 8.

Wyndham shares closed up 19 cents at $22.84.
