Covanta’s chief financial officer, Pytosh, plans to depart at the end of March

Chief financial officer of Covanta Holding resigns
FAIRFIELD, N.J. — Renewable energy company Covanta Holding Corp. said Thursday that its chief financial officer will leave the company at the end of the month.
Mark A. Pytosh will leave for a similar position at CCS Corp., a Canadian oil services company, Covanta said. Tom Bucks, Covanta’s chief accounting officer, has been tapped to serve as interim CFO.
Covanta shares fell 27 cents to $16.84 in Thursday trading.
