Analog Devices board raises dividend to 22 cents

NORWOOD, Mass. — Chip maker Analog Devices Inc. said Tuesday its board of directors raised its quarterly dividend by 10 percent to 22 cents.

The dividend will be paid on June 16 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28.
