H.B. Fuller completes Revertex Finewaters takeover
ST. PAUL, Minn. — H.B. Fuller Co., which makes adhesives and sealants, said Wednesday that it has finished its deal to buy Revertex Finewaters Sdn Bhd, an adhesives maker based in Malaysia.
Revertex, which has about 100 employees, is a joint venture of Yule Catto & Co. and Jahor Corp.
H.B. Fuller, which announced its agreement to buy the company in March, did not say how much it paid in the cash and stock deal.
H.B. Fuller shares rose 88 cents, or 4.3 percent, to $21.54.
