Verigy COO Titinger to become president as well
CUPERTINO, Calif. — Chip-testing equipment maker Verigy Ltd. said Monday it has promoted Chief Operating Officer Jorge Titinger to president and COO effective July 1.
Titinger, 49, will report to Chairman and CEO Keith Barnes, who will resign as president but keep his other titles.
Shares of Verigy dipped a penny to close at $10.08.
