A look at orders announced over 2 days of the Farnborough Airshow

Farnborough Airshow orders at a glance
Almost $29 billion worth of aircraft have been ordered so far at the Farnborough International Airshow, which runs July 19-25 at an airfield outside London. More than 1,000 exhibitors from 38 countries have signed up, with delegations from Egypt, Taiwan and Morocco attending for the first time.
Here is a look at the deals announced so far. Values are at list prices, although discounts are common:
AIRBUS
— Virgin signed a memorandum of understanding — not yet a firm order — for 40 A320s. $3.3 billion, for delivery from 2013 through 2016, with options for 20 more in 2017-2018.
— Earlier orders: Five A319s to Germania, $372 million. Six A330-200s to Indonesian national carrier Garuda, $1.1 billion. Twenty A321s and 31 A320s to Air Lease Corp., $4.4 billion. Eleven A330-300s to Aeroflot, $1.7 billion. Sixty A320s to GE Capital Aviation Services, $4.9 billion. Plans by Hong Kong Airlines to buy 15 A350s and 10 A330-200s, $2.8 billion. Commitments that still need firm orders: Thai Airways, 7 A330-300s for $1.48 billion.
ATR
— Earlier orders for the French-Italian turboprop maker include 30 ATR 72-600s to Brazilian carrier Azul Linhas Aereas and Air Lease Corp., $663 million. Six ATR72-500s to an undisclosed buyer, $128 million.
BOEING
— No new orders, but it signed an agreement with Azerbaijan Airlines to substitute two Next-Generation 737 airplanes for one 767-300ER and two 767 freighters.
— Earlier orders have included 54 737-800s to Air Lease Corp., which also has an option on six more of the aircraft, at $4.1 billion; 12 737-8s to Ireland-based lessor Avolon, at $921 million; 30 777-300ERs to Dubai-based Emirates, at $9.1 billion, which includes 18 previously disclosed orders; 40 737-800s to GE Capital Aviation Services, at $3 billion.
BOMBARDIER
— Earlier orders: Seven Q400 turboprops to Qantas Airways, $218 million. Six new planes for luxury carrier Vistajet, $277 million; four Global Express XRS jets to undisclosed customers in Russia, at $213 million; three business jets to Qatar Airways, at $122 million.
