TCF Financial vice chairman, secretary to retire
WAYZATA, Minn. — TCF Financial Corp., a financial services holding company, said Wednesday that its vice chairman and secretary will retire in January after 25 years with the bank.
Gregory J. Pulles, 61, will remain on TCF’s board.
Pulles joined the company in 1985 as executive vice president and general counsel and was elected secretary in 1989. He was elected vice chairman in 1993 and named to the company’s board in July 2006.
The bank did not name a replacement.
TCF shares closed Wednesday down 8 cents at $15.24.
