Coldwater Creek’s chief financial officer Tim Martin resigning to take position elsewhere

Coldwater Creek finance chief resigning
SANDPOINT, Idaho — Coldwater Creek Inc. said Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Tim Martin, resigned to take a job at another company.
Martin’s resignation is effective Nov. 25. John E. Hayes III, the current general counsel of Coldwater, will take over as interim chief financial officer until a permanent replacement is named.
Shares of Coldwater Creek rose 8 cents to $5.89 in after-hours trading after falling 27 cents, or 4.4 percent, to close at $5.81 during the regular trading session.
