MasterCard declares 15-cent dividend

PURCHASE, N.Y. — Credit card processor MasterCard Inc. said its board declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents a share.

The Purchase, N.Y., company said the dividend is payable on Feb. 10 to shareholders of record on Jan. 8.
