The following recalls have been announced:

This poses an electric shock hazard. The company received three reports of the bottom of the recharging base breaking and consumers touching internal components that resulted in minor electric shocks. The recall involves LED Rocketship PalPODzzz portable night lights with model number 72174. The products are shaped as rocket ships. About 700 Super Rigs play sets, made in China and imported by Variety Wholesalers Inc., of Henderson, N.C., because the toy truck’s surface coating has high levels of lead, which is toxic if young children ingest it. No illnesses or injuries have been reported. The recall involves the “Super Rig Transport” toy truck with trailer and vehicles. They were sold at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, Sears, Wal-Mart, hardware stores and independent dealers from November 2008 through October 2009. Details: by phone at 888-848-6038; by Web at www.mtdproducts.com or www.cpsc.gov.

No injuries or incidents have been reported. The recall involves long-sleeved toddler and girls pajama sets. They were made in Honduras and imported by Little Miss Matched Inc., of New York. They were sold at various retailers nationwide in the U.S. from March 2008 through July 2009 and in Canada from March 2008 through November 2009. About 5,600 Cooks Outdoor BBQ grills, made in China and imported by JCPenney Purchasing Corp., of Plano, Texas, because the grill’s drip pan doesn’t allow for adequate drainage, posing fire and burn hazards. The company received 11 reports of fires resulting from inadequate drainage. No injuries have been reported.
