Cogdell Spencer to pay 10-cent dividend on Jan. 21 to holders of record Dec. 31

Cogdell Spencer declares quarterly dividend

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cogdell Spencer Inc. said its board has declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents for the fourth quarter of 2009.

The real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable on Jan. 21 to stockholders of record on Dec. 31.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Cogdell Spencer invests in specialty office buildings for the medical profession, including medical offices and surgery and diagnostic centers.
