Natural gas processing company Oneok adds president’s role to CEO Gibson’s duties

Oneok names CEO to added role of president
TULSA, Okla. — Oneok Inc., a natural gas gatherer and utility operator, said Monday its board of directors has given CEO John W. Gibson the additional job of president.
Gibson will take over the duties from James C. Kneale, who is retiring Jan. 1 as president and chief operating officer.
Gibson also was elected president of Oneok Partners LP. He already serves as its chairman and CEO.
Gibson became CEO of Oneok in January 2007, and chairman and CEO of Oneok Partners in October 2006.
Oneok Inc. owns 45.1 percent of Oneok Partners LP.
Shares of Oneok rose $1.01, or 2.3 percent, to $43.75 in morning trading.
