Valmont declares quarterly cash dividend

OMAHA, Neb. — Valmont Industries Inc. said its board approved a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents.

The manufacturer, which makes telephone poles and structures for traffic and utility customers, said the dividend will be paid Jan. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 24.
