Consolidated Communications declares dividend

MATTOON, Ill. — Consolidated Communications Holdings Inc. on Tuesday said its board declared a quarterly dividend of about 39 cents.

The telecommunications provider said the dividend is payable Feb. 1 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 15.
