Odyssey Re declares 5-cent dividend for Series A stock, 22-cent dividend for Series B stock

Odyssey Re Holdings declares 2 dividends

STAMFORD, Conn. — Odyssey Re Holdings Corp. said it would pay a quarterly 5-cent dividend to Series A preferred stockholders and a 22-cent dividend to Series B preferred stockholders on Jan. 20.

The property and casualty reinsurer said last week shareholders of record by Dec. 31 would be eligible for the dividend.
