Fannie Mae, Cal-Maine Foods are big movers

NEW YORK — The following stocks were among those that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market:

NYSE:

Delta Air Lines Inc., down 48 cents at $11.29

Airline shares fell on fears that new security restrictions could curtail business travel on lucrative international routes.

Fannie Mae, up 22 cents at $1.27

The Treasury Department removed limits on how much money it will spend to keep the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac operating.

Sinovac Biotech Ltd., up 37 cents at $6.62

The Chinese vaccine maker filed an application to begin testing of a vaccine for a virus that causes hand, foot, and mouth disease.

Science Applications International Corp., up 17 cents at $19.20

The defense contractor has received a contract worth as much as $10 million from the U.S. Air Force.

NASDAQ:

Radware Ltd., up 55 cents at $14.77

The Israeli company, which makes network management software, lifted its fourth-quarter financial guidance.

Cal-Maine Foods Inc., up $2.50 at $33.31

The company, which produces and sells eggs, said its profit fell 41 percent as food-service and restaurant sales remained weak. But the results beat Wall Street expectations.

Amicas Inc., up $1.05 at $5.47

The company agreed to be acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC in a deal worth about $217 million in cash.

Actuate Corp., up 46 cents at $4.47

An analyst said Actuate’s takeover of Xenos Group Inc., another software company, should help it turn around declining revenue.
