DuPont CEO Kullman gets pay increase, bonuses
WILMINGTON, Del. — DuPont Co. directors have approved a salary increase and bonuses for CEO Ellen Kullman.
The company said in a form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday that Kullman’s salary will increase from $1.2 million to $1.3 million in recognition of her additional role as board chairman.
The board also has approved a short-term bonus of $1.5 million to Kullman for last year, and a target short-term bonus for this year of about $2 million. DuPont, based in Wilmington, Del., said Kullman was entitled to about $1.7 million for 2009 but asked for a smaller amount.
Kullman also was granted a long-term incentive award, effective Wednesday, valued at $6.5 million.
