Fuel Tech CFO Graham resigns

WARRENVILLE, Ill. — Combustion technology and engineering services company Fuel Tech Inc. said Monday its chief financial officer is resigning to become CEO of a privately held environmental consulting company.

John Graham, 43, joined Fuel Tech in 2008 after serving as CFO of Hub International Ltd., an insurance brokerage.

The company said Graham will remain with the company until March 5, and that it is currently looking for a replacement.

In January, Fuel Tech said its CEO, Ralph Bailey, had stepped down and was being succeeded by his son, Douglas Bailey.
