CVS Caremark declares quarterly dividend

WOONSOCKET, R.I. — Store and mail-order pharmacy operator CVS Caremark Corp. said Wednesday it would pay a quarterly dividend of 8.75 cents per share on May 4 to shareholders of record as of April 23.
