RSC Holdings says CFO resigning

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Heavy equipment rental company RSC Holdings Inc. said Thursday that its chief financial officer, David Mathieson, is resigning and its controller, Patricia Chiodo, will become interim CFO while the company seeks a replacement.

RSC Holdings said Mathieson, 55, left to go after other opportunities.
