VSE increases quarterly dividend by a penny to 6 cents, payable on Aug. 11

VSE raises quarterly dividend to 6 cents

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Military contractor VSE Corp. said Wednesday it has raised its quarterly dividend by a penny to 6 cents per share.

The dividend, declared June 1, is payable on Aug. 11 to shareholders of record as of July 28.

Shares fell 28 cents to close at $34.82.
