Industrial REIT AMB Property leases 455,200 square feet at Chinese business park

AMB Property inks 4 leases at China business park

SAN FRANCISCO — Industrial real estate investment trust AMB Property Corp. said Thursday it leased 455,200 square feet at its multi-story business park in Guangzhou, China.

The REIT said the tenants are three third-party logistics providers and one electronic solutions company.

Terms of the leases were not disclosed.

Shares of AMB rose $1.28, or 5.1 percent, to close Thursday at $26.45.
