Harley-Davidson names general counsel, treasurer

MILWAUKEE — Harley-Davidson Inc. said Wednesday that it appointed Paul J. Jones as vice president and general counsel.

Jones comes to the motorcycle maker from Regal Beloit Inc., which makes motion-control and power-generation equipment, where he also served as general counsel. He will start July 26.

Harley-Davidson also said it named J. Darrell Thomas vice president and treasurer. Thomas, who started in June, had previously been vice president and assistant treasurer at PepsiCo.
