KERALA, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Tata motors is very happy with the response it is getting from the customers in Kerala. The company is offering a special deal for its entry level car Nano for the Onam festival in Kerala. The car buyers have shown immense interest on the Nano which is the cheapest car in the world. The car generated huge interest among the industry veterans when Tata motors unveiled prototype 2 years back. Now the production of the car has started in the carmakers Gujarat plant. The company has promised 1 month delivery deadline and it will be sold from the 38 showrooms of the company in Kerala. The company has got 3000 inquiries on the car so far.
The interest in Nano is heartening for Tata Motors which now has to compete with a lot of brands in the entry level segment. The customers can book the Nano in Kerala by paying INR 25000 as the company has said. The finance is being done through State Bank of India and Tata Motor Finance. The car is meant for the two wheeler owners who are hesitant about buying a standard car that costs a lot but wants something better. The Nano is now available in Kerala Tata Motor showrooms for test drive as well. It has made the first time buyers interested.
To woo the buyers Tata Motors is also offering a 3 year free service on the model. The BS 3 Complaint Nano is available for INR 138000. The top end variant costs above INR 200000. The BS 4 version of course costs more.
