SAIC gets share of $492M contract
McLEAN, Va. — Science Applications International Corp., known as SAIC, said Thursday that it was awarded a share of a $492 million Army intelligence contract.
The defense contractor is one of several companies selected to provide a wide range of services to the Army’s intelligence operations. A spokeswoman for SAIC said the value of the company’s share will be determined over the life of the one-year contract that has four one-year options.
Shares of SAIC rose 2 cents to $15.20 in afternoon trading.
