ICF, SkyWorks create new aviation advisory firm
FAIRFAX, Va. — The consulting firm ICF International Inc. and the financial advisor and asset manager Skyworks Holdings LLC are creating a firm that will provide advisory services to the aviation industry.
ICF International said Wednesday its airline and aviation advisory firm SH&E will be combined with SkyWorks Holdings’ financial advisory firm Skyworks Capital to create the new firm, which will be caled ICF-Skyworks.
The new firm will provide investment banking, financial advisory, consulting and restructuring services to airlines, aviation suppliers and related industries.
ICF International, based in Fairfax, Va., also provides consulting services in a range of other markets, including energy, homeland security and defense.
SkyWorks Holdings also owns SkyWorks Leasing LLC, which provides portfolio asset management, remarketing and technical advisory services for commercial aircraft.
