SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Acne drugmaker Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. said Wednesday its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents.

The dividend is payable on Jan. 29 to stockholders of record as of Jan. 4.
