BB&T Corp. to pay 1Q dividend of 15 cents

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The board of directors of BB&T Corp. has declared a first-quarter dividend of 15 cents per share.

The holding company for Branch Banking and Trust Co. said the dividend will be paid Feb. 1 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 8.
