MDU Resources says 1 director to retire
BISMARCK, N.D. — MDU Resources Group Inc. said Friday that Sister Thomas Welder plans to retire from its board on April 27.
Chairman Harry J. Pearce thanked Welder for helping the company stick to its “core value of integrity.”
Welder has been on the board since 1988 and has served on the nominating and governance committee.
MDU, based in Bismarck, N.D., is an oil and natural gas producer, pipeline operator and construction service provider, among other things.
