Product recalls: TV wall mounts
The following recall has been announced:
—About 131,000 flat-screen television wall mounts, made in China and manufactured by Milestone AV Technologies LLC, of Savage, Minn., because the elbow joint components on the product’s arm do not fit together properly. This causes the attached television to tilt and possibly fall when the television is adjusted, posing a hazard to consumers. No injuries or incidents have been reported. This recall involves the Sanus Vision Mount model LF228-B1 and Simplicity model SLF2. The Sanus Vision Mount model LF228-B1 was sold nationwide through independent television mount dealers from June 2009 through July 2010.
