Hatteras Financial declares 4th-quarter dividend of $1.20 per share, payable Jan. 22

Hatteras Financial sets $1.20 4Q dividend

WINSTON SALEM, N.C. — The board of directors of Hatteras Financial Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.20 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2009.

The real estate investment trust said the dividend will be paid on Jan. 22 to stockholders of record on Dec. 28.
