Synovus declares dividend of a penny

COLUMBUS, Ga. — Financial services holding company Synovus Financial Corp. said it will pay a dividend of a penny per share on Jan. 4 to shareholders of record Dec. 21.

Synovus provides commercial and retail banking and investment services in Georgia.
