The following economic reports will be issued in Washington (all times EST):

MONDAY: Commerce Department releases personal income and spending for January, 8:30 a.m.; Commerce Department releases construction spending for January, 10 a.m.

TUESDAY: No events of note.

WEDNESDAY: Federal Reserve releases Beige Book, 2 p.m.

THURSDAY: Labor Department releases weekly jobless claims, 8:30 a.m.; Labor Department releases fourth-quarter productivity, 8:30 a.m.; National Association of Realtors releases pending home sales index for January, 10 a.m.; Commerce Department releases factory orders for January, 10 a.m.; Freddie Mac, the mortgage company, releases weekly mortgage rates.

FRIDAY: Labor Department releases employment data for February, 8:30 a.m.; Federal Reserve releases consumer credit data for January, 3 p.m.

New York — The Institute for Supply Management releases its manufacturing index for February, 10 a.m.
