ICF International prices offering of 3.1M shares
FAIRFAX, Va. — ICF International Inc., a policy, management and technology consulting company, said Friday it has priced a public offering of 3.1 million shares at a price of $24.56 per share.
Underwriters have the option to buy up to 465,000 additional shares to cover overallotments.
The transaction is expected to close on Wednesday, the company said.
William Blair & Co. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.
Shares rose $1.74, or 7.1 percent, to $26.30.
