TRW Automotive offering 11M shares

LIVONIA, Mich. — Auto parts supplier TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. on Monday annouced an offering of 11 million shares its stock held by Automotive Investors LLC, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group LP.

The Livonia, Mich.-based company said it will not receive any proceeds related to the offering and the total amount of its outstanding shares of common stock will not materially change.

J.P. Morgan Securities is acting as the offering’s book-running manager and underwriter.

Shares rose 94 cents, or 3.5 percent, to $27.81.
